When you create an account and use InMotion30, we collect the following categories of information:
Account Information
- Display name used for personalized greetings in the app
- Email address used for login and transactional communications
- Password (stored as a one-way hash — we cannot recover it)
Fitness Profile
- Biological sex — used to calibrate strength and cardio scoring thresholds
- Bodyweight — used to compute relative strength scores (e.g. pull-ups at 220 lbs vs 150 lbs)
- Height — optional, used to provide context on your movement profile
Workout and Progress Data
- Baseline test results and performance scores for each program
- Daily workout completion records and session feedback (star ratings)
- Program tier assignments and adaptive difficulty recommendations
Payment Information
- Payment method details — collected and stored securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
- Purchase history for paid programs (Endurance, Mobility)
- Stripe customer ID for payment management
Usage Data
- Login activity and session tokens stored in your browser's localStorage
- Standard web traffic logs collected by our hosting provider (Netlify)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected solely to provide and improve InMotion30, including:
- Authenticating your account and maintaining your session
- Personalizing workout difficulty and tier recommendations based on your fitness profile
- Tracking your progress across 30-day programs
- Processing payments and managing program access via Stripe
- Sending transactional emails (email verification, purchase confirmations) via Resend
- Communicating with you about your account or material changes to this policy
We do not use your data for advertising, sell your information to third parties, or share your fitness data with any external parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
3. Third-Party Data Processors
We use the following third-party services to operate InMotion30. Each is bound by their own privacy and data security policies:

4. Data Storage and Security
Your account and workout data is stored on Xano's cloud infrastructure. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and cannot be recovered. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
Session authentication is maintained via a JWT token stored in your browser's localStorage. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and workout data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion:
- Your account record, fitness profile, and workout history will be deleted upon request
- Purchase records may be retained for a period required by applicable law or tax obligations

6. Your Rights
As a user of InMotion30 you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate account or fitness profile information via the app's account settings
- Delete your account and associated data upon request
- Export your workout progress data upon request

7. Cookies and Local Storage
InMotion30 uses browser localStorage to maintain your login session and preserve app state between visits. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Standard web analytics may be added in the future, at which point this policy will be updated.
8. Children's Privacy
InMotion30 is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will promptly delete the account.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active users by email. Continued use of InMotion30 following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
