Delete it yourself, in the app
This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately — no waiting on a reply from us.
- Open InMotion30 and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read what will be removed, then type your email address to confirm.
- Tap Delete my account.
Or ask us to do it
If you have uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or would simply rather we handled it, email support@inmotion30.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account.
We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, and in practice much sooner. If you write from a different address we will need to verify that the account is yours before we can delete it.
What gets deleted
Everything below is erased permanently. There is no archive, no recycle bin, and no way for us to restore it afterwards.
- Your account — name, email address and password
- Your fitness profile — sex, bodyweight, height and unit preference
- Every completed day — ratings, results, and the weights you logged
- Baselines and retests — all assessment scores and their history
- Your written notes from every session
- Coach check-ins generated for you
- Weigh-ins and your bodyweight trend
- Achievements and streaks
- Purchase and subscription records held by us
Programs you have bought do not carry over. Deleting your account ends your access to them. If you sign up again later you start from nothing and would need to buy them again.
What happens to a subscription
If you have an active subscription, deleting your account cancels it so that you are never charged again. The period you have already paid for is not refunded, and access ends when the account is deleted rather than at the end of that period.
You can cancel without deleting anything: open Profile → Manage in the app, which takes you to Stripe's billing portal. Cancelling there keeps your account and your history, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
What we keep, and for how long
Two things outlive the deletion, and neither identifies you:
- Payment records held by Stripe. Stripe processes our payments and is required to retain transaction records for tax and anti-fraud purposes. We do not control that retention period. Stripe's own policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
- An anonymous note that a deletion happened, holding a date and the freed internal ID number. It contains no name, no email address and nothing about you or your training.
Everything else is removed from our systems at the moment of deletion. Our hosting provider keeps its own encrypted infrastructure backups on its own schedule, which we do not control; those exist for disaster recovery only, and a deleted account is never re-created from them.
